The ideal candidate will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promote academic excellence, and support the social-emotional well-being of all students. Key Responsibilities: Provide instructional leadership and ensure high standards of student achievement Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff of entire K-12 staff Handle discipline for 7-12 students collaborating with Dean of Students Oversee curriculum development and implementation Maintain a safe and orderly school environment Foster strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community Manage school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, & compliance with state/federal regulations Lead school improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making Working with Activities Director and Superintendent on night time supervision Qualifications: Advanced degree in Educational Leadership or related field Valid Minnesota Principal Certification (or eligibility to obtain) Minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience preferred Prior administrative or leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education Application Requirements: Applicants must submit the following: Letter of interest Current resume Copy of valid certification(s) Three current letters of recommendation Transcripts (official or unofficial) Selection Procedure: Applications will be reviewed until the position is filled.
