Job duties include one section of middle school band and lessons. We are looking for a candidate who is willing to work as a part of a team of band directors and K-12 Music Department. Knowledge Skills and Abilities: Utilize a variety of instructional strategies, including direct instruction, student led learning, and technology integration. Establish and maintain a positive and supportive classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and collaboration. Knowledge of AVID strategies is a plus. Support and follow School Board policies and procedures. Be a positive and contributing member of our professional community. Licensure: Licensure by the State of Minnesota in K-12 Instrumental (Band and Orchestra) and Classroom Music.
