Hours would be Monday - Friday 7:30 AM - 11:30 AM. Duties include special education support to students in grades PreK. Qualifications/Degree: Bachelor&#8217;s degree required. Licensure in Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) preferred. Previous teaching experience preferred. Special Job Requirements (Certification, ability to perform certain job duties such as lifting, standing for long periods or typing at a certain speed, computer skills, etc): Within federal and state law and regulations and district policy and practice: * Responsible for establishing and maintaining an atmosphere conducive to learning within the classroom and assisting in doing the same throughout the building * Ability to complete all required and necessary Due Process Paperwork. * Responsible for the management of the instructional program for assigned students * Responsible for the assessment of student progress * Responsible for other duties as assigned by the building principal which are necessary to fulfill the basic function of the position and are consistent with the Master Agreement. Beginning Salary Range: As per the Stewartville United Educators&#8217; Master Agreement in attachment Benefits: Our benefits package is available for employees working a minimum of 30 hours per week.
