POSITION DETAILS: This is an additional position for our program that is growing along with our student enrollment. This position will become part of a very successful and active CTE department at Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial. Located 10 miles from Mankato we are uniquely situated near a major agricultural and industrial hub.LCWM works with post-secondary and business partners to offer current course offerings that will assist students in furthering their education. A variety of courses are available and will be assigned on the successful candidates strength and background. QUALIFICATIONS & EXPECTATIONS: * Secondary teaching experience preferred, but not required. * Prepare and collaborate with students, parents/guardians, and staff to promote student engagement. * Utilize best practice (research based) strategies in lesson development and delivery. * Prepare daily/weekly lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota Standards. * Understand and promote school-wide Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS) program within our schools.
