Ability to work collaboratively as a team member and serve as a school resource Listening, written, and oral communication skills Essential Duties Coordinates and implements positive behavior interventions for identified students Works with building administration in the implementation of programs with positive and proactive behavior strategies and supports for the school community Serves as a member of the school PBIS team Assists in classrooms to meet individual and group needs as requested by administration Record and track student behavior data Work with teachers, intervention teams, school personnel, families, students, and other agencies to support student success. Record and analyze intervention data Submit records in compliance with district and state guidelines Other duties as assigned.
