The Executive Director of Human Resources is responsible for essential department functions including recruitment, selection, and retention of high performing employees, contract negotiation, interpretation and management of employment contracts, performance management, employee relations, staffing, policy development, budget development, and compliance with all applicable state and federal laws. The Executive Director of Human Resources serves as a member of the Superintendent&#8217;s Cabinet.
