We welcome applications from regular education licensed teachers who have a strong desire to work out of field with special education students. Position Overview: * Role: Elementary Teacher (Special Education Focus) Responsibilities: * Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the unique needs of students with disabilities. * Collaborate with special education staff to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs). * Provide differentiated instruction to support students&#8217; academic, social, and emotional growth. * Create a supportive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning for all students. Qualifications: * Valid [State] teaching license in elementary education (regular education). * Desire and willingness to work with special education students, demonstrating patience, empathy, and a commitment to their success. * Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with colleagues, parents, and caregivers. * Experience or coursework in special education (preferred but not required).
