We are looking for someone who brings warmth to our front office, communicates clearly, and supports our school?s Catholic identity with joy and professionalism. This role is an important part of creating a welcoming environment for students, families, staff, and visitors. Responsibilities include: ? Greeting and assisting students, parents, staff, and guests ? Answering phones and managing front office communication ? Supporting administrative tasks such as attendance, filing, and data entry ? Assisting with school communications and general office operations ? Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times ? Contributing to a positive, faith-filled school environment Qualifications: ? Actively practicing Catholic who supports the mission of Catholic education ? Strong communication and interpersonal skills ? Ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities ? Friendly, welcoming presence and a service-oriented mindset ? Strong organizational skills and attention to detail ? Basic computer proficiency (email, documents, spreadsheets) ?
