Duties/Responsibilities: 1. Cleans assigned areas: * Basement * 4 Locker rooms * RMS wrestling room * Laundry room * RMS weight room * Basement stairwells * RMS Gym * Dry mop, scrub as needed and general cleaning 2. Light maintenance such as repairing furniture painting and other general repair. 3. Delivers packages and other items around the building 4. Assist in setting up gyms and other spaces for activities in the evenings 5. Locks the building at the end of each shift 6. Oversees weekend personnel and building use schedule 7. Helps perform weekend building and boiler checks 8.
