Hennepin Schools is looking for a compassionate, organized, and outgoing professional who is interested to work in a vibrant school culture on human resource management, policies, and procedures that supports the school&#8217;s mission to provide a safe, nurturing and cooperative learning environment where staff ensure children discover their personal and academic strengths and cultivate a sense of staff and student respect and responsibility to build a sense of social awareness and a social bridge to the broader community. Please send your resume and cover letter to resumes@hennepinschools.org<mailto:resumes@hennepinschools.org> Responsibilities: &#8226; Act as a liaison on all human resource matters between directors, employees, accountant, insurance providers and others, &#8226; Maintain personnel files for all staff, &#8226; Prepare employment verifications and background checks, &#8226; Work with PELSB to ensure all teaching candidates are fully licensed, &#8226; Administer benefits and annual changes, &#8226; Onboard new staff, &#8226; Review payroll, timesheets semimonthly, including HSA, TRA/PERA and time off. &#8226; Administer leave of absence and unemployment information when necessary, and &#8226; Gather resumes, schedule interviews and perform reference and background checks.
