Description:
Behavior Analyst, 8 hours a day, 185 Days

Job Summary:
* Facilitate and coach teams through the development and implementation of functional behavior assessments/behavior interventions, plans and crisis plans for identified students;
* Provide social skills instruction to students utilizing research-based methodologies and approved district curricula.
* Implement and coach school personnel on research-based methods of classroom management and behavioral strategies;
* Collaborate with school personnel, agencies, and families in coordinating individualized ESE services for Students;
* Complete all reporting requirements as mandated by the district, state, federal, and educational agencies (i.e. restraint and seclusion, assessments, behavioral data);
* Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments;
* Support teams in writing Behavior Intervention Plans;
* Participate in the development of Individualized Educational Programs for students;
* Collect and summarize behavioral data;
* Assist with student crisis intervention;
* Perform other duties as assigned;
Qualifications:
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst Credential
* Able to travel between sites
* Strong teamwork, communication and report writing skills.
