Totino-Grace High School is seeking a full-time Associate Director of Advancement: Annual Giving Manager. The primary responsibility of this position is to increase donor-based annual giving. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a dynamic, high-performing team of fundraising professionals in promoting Totino-Grace&#8217;s mission. General Position Overview: The Annual Giving Manager will provide leadership and direction for annual solicitation efforts, managing a portfolio of donors and prospects and all aspects of the annual fund campaign. This person directly reports to the Vice President for Institutional Advancement. Working with the Advancement Team, the Annual Giving Manager will create and execute strategies for engaging and cultivating donors through print and electronic communication, phone solicitations, in-person solicitations and special events. The Annual Giving Manager will assess donor interests and capabilities and escalate opportunities as appropriate to the level of donor engagement. Specific Representative Responsibilities of this Position: * Develop and execute fundraising plan and timeline. * Cultivate and solicit individual donors through phone calls, emails or in-person visits, for the annual fund, engaging the President as needed. * Develop and implement a donor and prospect cultivation plan to increase the number of donors and average gifts. * Develop effective communication materials for donors, alumni and current parents, including acknowledgement letters. * Responsibility for utilizing, both individually and as the liaison to the President, our personalized video outreach platform. * Develop and manage annual mail/email solicitation campaigns. * Responsible for accurate &#8220;contact detail&#8221; input in our database, and announcements in our publications. * Analyze and recommend steps to institute a &#8220;student-calling&#8221; program. * Host school tours as needed. * Backup the Advancement Database Analyst with daily gift-processing and acknowledgements. * Be available for evening and weekend events, as needed. The Ideal Candidate will possess: * Strong organizational and administration skills, detail and &#8220;big picture" oriented. * Demonstrated success in project management. * Positive verbal and written communication skills. * Effective telephone and interpersonal communication skills. * Professional demeanor, flexible and able to respond to multiple demands. * Skilled in preparing written reports and giving presentations. * Solid word processing and spreadsheet experience. * Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and diplomacy. * Patient and calm demeanor under pressure. * High level of integrity.
