We are currently recruiting licensed teachers for our summer 2024 targeted services program, ExcitED! Following MN Department of Education best practices for summer learning, this program will prioritize project-based, hands-on learning and social/emotional learning in addition to math and reading instruction. Read on for more information, and see the two ways to apply below. 2024 Program Dates, Times and Location: Monday-Thursday, July 8-July 18, 9:00am-3:00pm Countryside Elementary School Teacher Training & Classroom Set-up Date Wednesday, June 26 10:00am-3:00pm Licensed Teachers Have Two Options: Option 1 &#8226; Teach M-TH, 9:00am-12:00pm &#8226; Curriculum for SEL/Career exploration, Math and Reading components provided Option 2 &#8226; Teach M-TH, 9:00am-3:00pm &#8226; In addition to morning schedule above, teach ONE, four-hour, project-based enrichment module to four different student cohorts. &#8226; Curriculum for afternoon cohorts can be provided, but teachers are also encouraged to develop a unit based on individual interest.
