Hutchinson Public Schools, ISD 423, is seeking a Director of Special Services to start as soon as possible but no later than July 1, 2024. The contract for this position is 260 days. The minimum salary for this position is approximately $135,000 with a competitive benefits package including insurances and paid time off.
The Director of Special Services is responsible for all facets of administration of the federal and state mandated Special Education programs and other related services for the district. Requirements include a Minnesota Director of Special Education License, at least two (2) years of building or district office administrative experience in Special Education, 504 coordination, and program development and evaluation.
Hutchinson is located one hour west of the Metro area with a population of about 14,000.
