St. John the Baptist Catholic Montessori School Excelsior, MN Who We Are Looking For: St. John the Baptist Catholic Montessori School is looking for a dedicated, compassionate individual to provide guidance and support to our Lower or Upper Elementary students as their Guide. This person will help the children grow socially, academically, and spiritually through the Montessori method.This is a full-time position, primarily Monday-Friday; teachers are expected to be on campus from 8:00 a.m.-4:00p.m. on scheduled school days. Occasional evening and weekend time is necessary. Who We Are: St. John the Baptist Catholic Montessori School serves children from 16 months-8th Grade. Receive a tuition discount for your children. * Montessori training provided by St. John the Baptist if desired * Paid time off The ideal applicant will have the following qualifications: * Deep devotion to Christ and to the Catholic Church * Love children and desire to help them in their character, virtue, and faith development * Possess or be in the process of possessing Montessori certification for the levels serving (St. John's can provide training) * Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in the area of Early Education, Elementary Education or Montessori Education.
