School Counselor, Sauk Centre School District

Counselor - 1.0 FTE Sauk Centre Middle/Secondary School. West Central Education District is the overarching Special Education coop with Sauk Centre as one of the member districts. Oftentimes, positions are held by the WCED but assigned to a member district. Sauk Centre Middle/Secondary School is seeking a full-time School Counselor (grades 5-12) beginning April 1, 2024. Sauk Centre is located along I-94 approximately 100 miles northwest of Minneapolis/St. Paul in central Minnesota. We are a community of approximately 5000 people with class sizes near 100 students. Required Qualifications: 1. Must possess appropriate MN license 2. Ability to establish and maintain a positive relationship with students 3. Ability to work collaboratively and cooperatively with colleagues This position will support our current school counselor and social worker to focus on supporting our students&#8217; behavioral and mental health needs.
