Preschool and Pre-K Teacher Carondelet Catholic School Carondelet Catholic School is seeking a dynamic and energetic Preschool/Pre-K teacher for the 2024-2025 school year. Carondelet Catholic School is an accredited Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade Elementary school located in Southwest Minneapolis, dedicated to the formation of children who love, respect and serve others in an academically rigorous and supportive environment. . Position Carondelet Catholic School is seeking a qualified Preschool/Pre-K teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities Teachers at Carondelet must fulfill many different responsibilities in order to make the school run effectively. Much like a big family, we all pitch in to make this a great place to work and learn. Therefore, this description is not intended to be all-inclusive as much as it is to help define what some of the major responsibilities will be. These are: * Fully implement the components of instruction across all academic areas. * Communicate and collaborate with parents and colleagues. * Create a classroom environment of intellectual rigor and accountability. * Model professionalism and ethical leadership in all things. * Grow professionally as an educator through appropriate professional development (including workshops, PLCs, in-services, staff development, etc.) and participate in required trainings. * Embrace the Catholic faith and its teachings, including the virtues of peace and social justice. QUALIFICATIONS * Demonstrates exceptional skills in meeting the needs of students * Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited university * MN Teaching License preferred (can be in progress).
