Qualifications: * Current Minnesota K-12 School Counselor License required. * High level of career and college readiness expertise required. * Demonstrated ability to support student social/emotional and academic needs. * Experience working with high school students preferred. * Effective organizational skills and ability to support student scheduling. * Effective oral and written communication skills. * Demonstrated experience in collaboration and problem-solving. * Experience with curriculum and assessment design. * Understanding of the role of parent involvement and the ability to collaborate with parents. * Ability to use technology as an instructional tool.
