St. Mary’s School is seeking an upper elementary teacher for the 2024-25 school year who is looking to develop leaders of tomorrow. The candidate will provide a nurturing and stimulating environment to facilitate children’s growth, exploration and participation, observe the child and interpret the child’s needs and coordinate regular communication with parents regarding their children’s progress. The candidate will effectively use observations and data regularly to assess student achievement and plan instruction accordingly. Ideal candidates will be highly motivated, organized, optimistic, problem solvers, adaptable, and communicate positively and effectively and demonstrate faith leadership and commitment to vision, mission and values of the St. Mary’s Schools.

- Applicants must have and/or are in the process of receiving a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education or
- K-6 Elementary Education Minnesota license or
- Obtain a 4 year degree with a strong interest in Elementary Education
