Instructional Leadership: Guide and support teachers in developing effective curriculum and instruction focused on meeting the unique needs of ALC students. Conduct regular classroom observations, provide feedback, and coach teachers on best practices. Culture and Climate: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that is safe, orderly, and conducive to student success. Develop and implement strategies to build a strong sense of community among students, staff, and families. Communication and Collaboration: Communicate effectively with students, staff, parents, and the broader community. Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to monitor student progress, identify areas of need, and make informed decisions about instruction and programming. Education and /or Experience: Minnesota Teaching License required. Master's degree in Educational Administration or related field preferred.
