Behavior Intervention Specialist: (Full-time/School Year) Bachelor’s Degree in education or one of the behavior sciences such as: psychologist, counselor, or Behavioral therapist. Applicants must be personable and able to work well with school staff and administration as well as with students, families and community. Must be knowledgeable in social behavior management interventions and techniques with experience as an instructor or counselor beneficial. Effective written and oral communication skills necessary. Must be able to maintain a safe environment through interpersonal and physical interaction techniques. Experience working in a multicultural environment and working with Native American parents/families is beneficial. Must have a favorable criminal background check.
