Toddler Teacher - Bemidji, MN
Make a difference in the lives of our youngest learners!
A day in the life:
* As a teacher you’ll help develop the classroom environment; you’ll plan and implement daily activities and assessments; you’ll observe and record child development and behaviors; and you’ll work side-by-side with a co-teacher, an aide and volunteers in the classroom.
Qualifications:
* You’ll need a minimum of a Child Development Associate Certificate (CDA); or a 2 or 4 year degree in Early Childhood Education; or a degree in a related field, with early childhood teaching experience.
* You must have a strong commitment to BI-CAP’s values of collaboration, innovation, compassion, diversity, equity and inclusion.
* Applicants must pass a DHS Background Study and meet DHS & MN Rule 3 licensing requirements.
Wages:
* You’ll be eligible for a competitive benefits package and the opportunity to make a difference in the community.
Full-time, 40 hours/week, year-round, $17.18 -$21.04/hour depending on education-level, with benefits.
Schedule: 7:30am-4:30pm M-Th; 4 hours on Friday. Five 8-hour days is also possible.
