Physical Education Teacher &#8211; Parnassus Preparatory School Position: Physical Education grades 5-12 School: Parnassus Preparatory School Location: Maple Grove, MN Job Description: Parnassus Preparatory School is continuing to expand. To meet our growing needs, we are currently accepting applications for a Physical Education teacher for this school year. Start date: As soon as possible 1.00 FTE Qualifications: Experience preferred. Appropriate MN teaching license is preferred. Minimum Job Requirements: * Bachelor&#8217;s degree in a relevant field * Appropriate MN teaching license is preferred. * Ability and willingness to teach the classical trivium and sequence model as defined by the school * The ability to speak and write clearly and effectively * Conviction in the values of a rigorous liberal-arts education * Ability to maintain an orderly classroom Institution Description: The purpose of Parnassus is to develop graduates who are critical thinkers, coherent writers, confident speakers, thoughtful leaders, and responsible, compassionate and virtuous citizens.
