EL TEACHER - ELEMENTARY
Fairmont Elementary is seeking an energetic, passionate, student-centered EL educator for the 2024-25 school year.
Desired Qualifications:
* Actively participates in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC)
* Actively collaborates with students, parents, staff and community to promote engagement
* Is committed to individual professional development and utilizing best practice in lesson development, differentiation, and delivery
* Prepares lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota State Standards (WIDA)
* Understands and promotes school-wide Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support (PBIS) program and Top 20 thinking
* Minnesota Teaching License
* Multilingual
