AP US History Teacher – St. Croix Preparatory Academy
Position is 1.2 FTE for the 2024-25 school year
St. Croix Prep is seeking an enthusiatic and energetic US History teacher starting the 2024-25 school year. Position start date is August 12, 2024.
Classes include:
* AP US History (3 sections)
* US History (2 sections)
* Pyschology (1 section)
Required qualifications:
* 5-12 or 9-12 MN Social Studies Teaching License
Preferred but not required qualifications:
* Experience with,
* a classical model of education
* college preparatory rigor in a high school setting
* Advanced Placement (AP courses) teaching
* Paidiea or Socratic Seminar/Discussion methods
* PLC groups/Q Comp programs
Coaching or advising extra-curricular activities opportunities available
