Observes participants in the pool at all times to ensure water safety is practiced at all times while the pool is in use.
Purpose:
The lifeguard is responsible for ensuring all swimmers are safe while the pool is in use during swimming lessons or swim club.
Responsibilities:
This position is a member of the St. Anthony Aquatics program which strives to welcome participants of all ages and create a safe, welcoming environment to learn water safety and swimming skills in the pool. Lifeguarding for our Masters (adult) swim program, open swim, pool rentals and other lifeguarding needs that arise. The adult swim program takes place 3 mornings a week from 6am to 7:30 am.
Employment Dates: Ongoing
Salary: $15.69-$16.80 depending on experience
Part-time: 2-6 hours per week
