Use tact and good judgment when problem-solving. * Review calendar to assess all activity operating in the building during work shift to ensure smooth operations of space. * Monitor the SPARK Program and its participants for smooth operations and to ensure all attendees have a waiver on file. * Support food distribution. * Collect waiver information from parents and guardians who occasionally walk-in. * Improvise activities to keep youth engaged. * Supervise bus transportation of students from pick up locations and return locations if applicable. * Build and maintain a positive repertoar with participants. * Perform other related duties as assigned. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Knowledge of best practices in supervising youth. * Ability to follow oral or written work orders from coordinator and others. * Ability to describe orally or in writing problems as needed. * Ability to problem solve and resolve issues. * Ability to report work orally or in writing to coordinator as required. * Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with students, staff, and others contacted in the course of work. Travel Requirements Ability to transport self to location required. Physical and Mental Demands, Work Hazards * Ability to lift and/or adjust supplies and furniture as needed for instructors. Qualifications Profile Any combination of education and experience providing the required skill and knowledge for successful performance would be qualifying.
