Qualifications: A license in Early Childhood Education is required. One to two years of experience in an ECFE program is preferred. Possess a love for young children and their parents, excellent communication and organizational skills. Experience working with the Creative Curriculum/Teaching Strategies GOLD Assessment, Classroom Engagement Model, MTSS, and the Pyramid Model a plus. General Nature of Job: Provide safe, nurturing and developmentally appropriate learning experiences for children and their families ages 0-5 years. Develop, plan and prepare age appropriate curriculum. Record and assess children&#8217;s developmental progress. Provide an environment in which children and their caregivers, including those with special needs, may interact with their peers, and participate in developmentally activities. Communicate with parents and interact with families at program events and field trips. Maintain a team relationship with educational assistants and the Parent Educator, in addition to other Early Learning Staff. Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor.
