Qualifications:
* Must hold a valid elementary education teaching license in the State of Minnesota or ability to be licensed.
* Teachers must be able to demonstrate the highest commitment to student achievement and effective development.
* Teachers must have the willingness to adapt to becoming part of a total school effort in educating our students.
* Teachers must have a demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with other staff members, students and parents in providing and promoting positive relationships.
* Teachers must be of the highest integrity with a strong commitment to modeling excellence in all aspects of the teacher/student/parent relationships.
* Such alternatives to the above qualifications as the Board may find appropriate and acceptable.
Wages:
Candidates will be placed on the teacher contract and will receive benefits according to the CEA contract
