New Heights School of Stillwater, MN is seeking a Long-Term, full-time substitute teacher to begin duties approximately January 2, 2025 and likely lasting until approximately April 1st, 2025. Duties will include 5 classes per day, including: 6th grade math, 7th grade pre-algebra, and 8th grade algebra, as well as 6th grade literacy and 6th grade study skills. Other courses may be added/substituted depending on the experience and training of the candidate. This could be a great opportunity for a retired teacher, or for a new-to-the-field teacher hoping to gain some valuable experience. The candidates' licensed area could be either elementary or secondary as an out-of-field permission can be obtained. New Heights is one of the nation's original charter schools, having served students for more than 32 years in the scenic St. Croix River Valley.
