Totino-Grace Advancement Services Coordinator
Totino-Grace High School seeks an organized, detailed and deadline-oriented individual to manage Raiser’s Edge, the donor management system used by the Advancement Department; and to process the gifts we receive from our generous donors. The Advancement Services Coordinator position is a full-time, year-round position.
Position Summary
The Advancement Services Coordinator is responsible for providing strategic oversight of the Raiser’s Edge database, including but not limited to, development and management of the system, constituent and gift entry, reporting, and strategic planning regarding advancement objectives. The Advancement Services Coordinator supports the Advancement Team through constituent segmentation, analysis, and reporting, prospect research, growth and expansion around donor relationships, and donor stewardship.
Representative Responsibilities
Conduct constituent segmentation and prospect research to maximize fundraising outreach.
Manage Raiser’s Edge database to ensure the integrity and security of content.
Production of standard and custom reports to assist with donor and donation tracking.
Build queries and exports for complex mailing lists for newsletters, direct mail appeals, and event invitations.
Interface with the finance department regarding gift entry, pledge fulfillment, fund creation, gift restrictions, audit reporting, and reconcile gift deposits monthly/annually.
Manage gift recognition and pledge reminder process.
Oversee Advancement Office Work-Study student workers.
Conduct appropriate supervision as assigned or needed for efficient and safe operation of the school.
Participate in in-services, workshops, and staff development opportunities.

• Mastery of Google Suite, and Microsoft products
• Communicate effectively
• Show integrity and honesty in all situations
• Maintain confidentiality when situations warrant
• Flexibility in work hours: some evening and weekend work required
• Ability and willingness to travel by auto or plane for work related functions
• Be knowledgeable and supportive of the Totino-Grace High School community
Preferred Skills and Qualifications
• BA/BS
• Experience with Raiser’s Edge
• Experience in donor database best practices
