Job Summary: The Early Intervention Teacher (Birth-3) is to complete referral intakes; screen and conduct evaluations; conduct transition evaluations; develop IFSPs; deliver services to children and their families in multiple settings including home visits, classroom collaborations with Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE), and child care; monitor and document progress; and collaborate with families, other service providers, and community resources, in a primary service provider model. The Early Intervention Team is participating in an Evidence-based Quality Intervention Practices (EQIP) Innovation with training and support provided by BrightWorks, a Minnesota Center of Excellence for Young Children with Disabilities. Qualifications: * MN licensure in Early Childhood Special Education or willingness and ability to achieve an Out of Field Placement (OFP) * Prefer experience with early intervention services Working Conditions: Home environments while conducting home visits, school environment, office environment Application Procedure: You must be a permanent employee of the district to use the internal application.
