St. Clair School is located 7 miles southeast of Mankato. We are currently searching for a Head Football Coach for the 2025-2026 season and this year&#8217;s summer programming. St. Clair Public School - District 75 / MSHSL Coop with Mankato Loyola Position Type: Head Football Coach 2025-2026 The combined cooperative schools are seeking a football coach that is committed to making the cooperative activities a positive experience for all student athletes. We believe that educational based athletics can, and will, develop the star qualities that make each of our participants feel valued in what they are involved in. Winning beyond the scoreboard, transformation purpose, and common language are all items that we continue to pursue and qualities we desire in our coaching staff. Essential Functions: * Manage all operations of the cooperative football program, at all levels. Solicit, manage and evaluate coaching/assistant staff within the program. * Develop daily and seasonal practice plans. Create a positive and healthy atmosphere throughout the program. Work with administration to schedule competitions, arrange for officials, and schedule transportation/ team travel for all levels of the program. * Main equipment manager &#8211; so securing, issuing, collecting and replacing all related equipment and uniforms will be your responsibility. * Work with and direct booster /parent groups in support of the program. Promote the program through awards, banquets, media outlets, and training in the off-season. * Communication with administration pertaining to issues and concerns of the program. Other duties as assigned or relative to the program by the Activities Administrator. Qualifications: Bachelor&#8217;s Degree preferred. Previous experience as head coach/asst. coach. Ability to communicate in a timely and reliable manner. Ability to work with all levels of abilities. Support the District&#8217;s philosophies at all times. Complete adherence to all department, district, conference, MSHSL rules and regulations. Pay will be per the salary schedule of the St. Clair Master Agreement. Requirements include meeting all MSHSL coaching requirements and concussion training. MSHSL coaching certificate.
