Job Title: Long-Term Substitute Art Teacher Location: Win-E-Mac School Position Type: Temporary, Full-Time Duration: February, 2025 - April, 2025 ________________________________ Job Description: Win-E-Mac is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Long-Term Substitute Art Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will inspire students to explore their creativity and develop their artistic skills through engaging and meaningful art education. This position will cover maternity leave. Key Responsibilities: * Plan and deliver high-quality art instruction for students in grades K-12. * Develop and implement lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards. * Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom environment where students can express themselves artistically. * Encourage students to explore various art forms, techniques, and materials. * Assess and evaluate student progress, providing constructive feedback. * Maintain an organized and safe classroom space, including managing art supplies. * Collaborate with colleagues to integrate art with other subject areas when applicable. * Communicate effectively with parents/guardians regarding student progress. Qualifications: * Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Art Education, Fine Arts, or a related field. * Valid Minnesota teaching license in Art (preferred) * Experience teaching or working with students in an educational setting is preferred. * Proficiency in various art techniques and mediums. * Strong classroom management and organizational skills. * Ability to engage and inspire students of all skill levels. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
