We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Middle School Science Teacher to join our team and inspire our students to explore the wonders of science. Job Responsibilities: * Design and deliver engaging and inquiry-based science lessons aligned with state standards for middle school students. * Create a hands-on and interactive learning environment that promotes curiosity and critical thinking. * Utilize diverse teaching methods, including laboratory experiments, technology integration, and project-based learning. * Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to support individual growth and achievement. * Foster a classroom culture of inclusivity, respect, and collaboration. * Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and administrators to enhance the learning experience. * Participate in professional development and contribute to school-wide initiatives. Qualifications: * Bachelor&#8217;s degree in Education, Science, or a related field (Master&#8217;s degree preferred). * Valid teaching certification in Science or a related subject area for middle school OR eligibility to obtain certification. * Strong classroom management skills and a commitment to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment. * Passion for science education and the ability to inspire a love for learning. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Experience teaching in a rural setting is a plus but not required.
