Successful candidates should display: Love for the Lord, love children and ability to work on a team within a small community of believers. Desire to teach from a Christian worldview. Aspire to develop a strong academic program which aims to prepare its students to be leaders for the future Qualifications: Four year degree from an accredited university ( or equivalent in 2 year with experience). Effective Classroom management skills that align with the ICA mission. Ability to work collaboratively to support the academic social, emotional and spiritual growth of students. Strong communication skills and ability to be flexible as needs arise.
