Fairmont Elementary is seeking an energetic, passionate, student-centered 3rd Grade Long Term Substitute Position for the upcoming 2025-26 school year.
Dates of the long term substitute position will be August 25, 2025 through November 14, 2025
Desired Qualifications:
* Actively participates in all professional development activities and professional collaboration time (PLC)
* Actively collaborates with students, parents, staff and community to promote engagement
* Is committed to individual professional development and utilizing best practice in lesson development, differentiation, and delivery
* Prepares lesson plans addressing student needs as aligned with the Minnesota State Standards
* Understands and promotes school-wide Positive Behavioral Intervention and Support (PBIS) program and Top 20 thinking
* Multilingual
