Triton Public Schools is located in Dodge Center, MN, and is approximately 20 miles west of Rochester and 20 miles east of Owatonna and approximately 1 hour south of the Twin Cities. We currently serve around 1,000 students and offer many educational opportunities while maintaining a small school approach.

Job Summary:
Work with students with speech, language, and communication deficits through evaluation, program planning, and consultation with staff, parents, and other professionals according to local, state, and federal regulations and guidelines.
A licensed speech-language pathologist (SLP) is preferred.
Will consider Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA)
Qualifications required:
Appropriate licensure for Speech and Language Pathologist
Knowledge in research-based best practice
Responsibilities:
* Conducts comprehensive speech and language evaluations
* Plans and implements individualized speech and language therapy designed to meet the educational needs of children on IEPs
* Create a learning environment conducive to the learning needs of children with disabilities
* Encourages student success by collaborating with classroom teachers and assisting with accommodations and modifications when appropriate
* Employs a variety of instructional techniques, embedding technology when appropriate
* Maintains accurate and complete records as required by law and district and district procedures.
