Coach is responsible for instruction, supervision, and management of the entire program. This includes clear communication with coaches, players and parents. Qualifications: The ideal candidate will have: * Varsity level experience as a head or assistant coach at the high school or collegiate level; * Knowledge of technique, training methods and strategies to enhance an already competitive basketball program; * Ability to create or support an in-season/off-season program for participants that is developed for the athletes to promote growth physically, mentally and emotionally; * Skills to coach in a manner that models positive behavior consistent with the expectations we have for our student athletes.
