Hayfield Community School is seeking a 1.0 FTE Special Education Teacher and Evaluation Manager, starting August 2025 and beyond.
This teacher will work with Special Education staff, General Education staff, paraprofessionals, parents, and Special Education students to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support and promote growth for students with identified special education needs. This teacher will lead all items related to K-12 evaluations (both initial and re-evaluations) to manage a .5 caseload. Additional descriptions and job responsibilities are attached to this application.
Required Qualifications: Four-year College Degree in Education
Preferred Qualifications: Current Special Education License in Minnesota
Wage: Per Master Teacher Contract
