A fast-growing school district located near the banks of Lake Waconia and approximately 25 miles west of Minneapolis, Waconia Public Schools serves 4,000 students and their families from the communities of Waconia, Victoria, Minnetrista, Saint Bonifacius, and New Germany. School District facilities include an educational services and enrichment center, area learning center, three elementary schools (K-5), one middle school (6-8), and one high school (9-12). Position Summary: The candidate hired for this position will provide assistance to students with special needs and support to teachers in the implementation of daily lesson plans and activities. Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am-2pm, depending on the program hours can vary. 8-16 days of ESY plus additional 2 days (16 hours) before ESY starts to prepare depending on program assignment. Actual weeks of ESY with students include: June 16-19, June 23-26, July 14-18, and July 21-24 Qualifications: Licensure in Special Education / General Education licensure considered Salary: $30.00 an hour Position Start Date: June 9th, 2025 Application Procedure: Qualified candidates should apply online at www.isd110.org.
