At CPA, Responsive Classroom is implemented across all elementary classrooms. If you have not taken RC training, we will pay for you to attend a one-week RC1 workshop in summer 2025. We also implement the PeaceBuilders program school wide. Your Mentor teacher will assist you in implementing PeaceBuilders. Family Connections (Home Visits) have been a key component of the CPA tradition for over 20 years. Each fall, Teachers visit the homes of their students virtually or in person to establish strong home/ school relationships.
We are seeking a Preschool Teacher to join our elementary team.
The qualified applicant will hold a Tier 3 or Tier 4 MN Teaching license in Early Childhood Education.

* Facilitate instruction, evaluate and assess student progress against instructional outcomes and objectives

* Work cooperatively with individuals and teams
* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication with staff, students, and parents
* Demonstrate an unyielding commitment to helping all students attain high academic and ethical standards of performance
