Minnesota Valley Cooperative Center is seeking an ECSE Teacher to be located in the Yellow Medicine East School District in Granite Falls, MN for the 2025-2026 School Year. Job Overview: The ECSE Teacher is responsible for providing specialized instruction and services to children ages birth-six with developmental delays or disabilities. The teacher will collaborate with families, general education staff, community professionals, and other professionals to design and implement IFSPs and IEPs in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Key Responsibilities: * Provide developmentally appropriate instruction based on individual needs in areas such as communication, cognitive, motor, social-emotional, and adaptive skills * Develop and implement effective IFSPs and IEPs that address each child's unique needs * Utilize evidence-based practices and assessments to monitor progress and adjust instruction and services as needed * Partner with families to support children's development, including conducting home visits if required * Participate in multidisciplinary evaluations to determine eligibility for services * Write compliant IFSPs and IEPs based on state and federal rule * Facilitate team meetings * Maintain accurate records, including assessment data, progress reports, and other required documentation for compliance purposes * Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment tailored to meet the needs of young learners with disabilities Qualifications: * Valid Minnesota Teaching License in Early Childhood Special Education, or ability to obtain one * Knowledge of IDEA, Minnesota Special Education rules, and Early Childhood Development * Strong interpersonal and communication skills Salary & Benefits: This position offers a competitive salary and an excellent benefits package, including FREE single health and long term disability insurance, plus generous contributions toward dental and life insurance. Additional benefits include; TRA retirement, a 403(b) match program, and generous leave time. The salary range for a 1.0 FTE (based on qualifications and experience) is $41,837 to $80,788. Please note this range is based on the current year's figures, as the 2025-2026 contract has yet to be finalized.
