Our Lady of Victory School (OLV), a Catholic school committed to fostering academic excellence, spiritual growth, and character development, is seeking a passionate and dedicated Kindergarten Teacher to join our team. This is a full-time position for the 2025-2026 school year. Key Responsibilities: * Develop and implement a comprehensive, engaging, and faith-based kindergarten curriculum. * Foster a positive, nurturing environment where young students are encouraged to grow academically, emotionally, and spiritually. * Assess students' progress and provide differentiated instruction to meet the diverse needs of all learners. * Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute school-wide initiatives and activities. * Engage with parents and caregivers to support student development and communicate student progress. * Integrate Catholic faith into daily teaching practices, modeling Christian values in all interactions with students and staff. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Education or related field. * Valid Minnesota Teaching License (Kindergarten/Elementary Education). * Experience in early childhood education preferred, but not required. * A passion for teaching young children and a commitment to the Catholic faith. * Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills. * Ability to work in a dynamic and supportive school environment.
