Hayfield School is seeking a 1.0 FTE Elementary Special Education Teacher starting August 2025 and beyond.
This teacher will work with Special Education staff, General Education staff, paraprofessionals, parents, and Special Education students to develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) to support and promote growth for students with identified special education needs. This teacher will also develop lesson plans, conduct classroom instruction for small groups of students, and continuously progress monitor students. It will also be expected that this teacher will routinely communicate with parents and the IEP team to share student progress, current strengths, and areas of need.
Required Qualifications: Four-year College Degree in Education
Preferred Qualifications: Current Special Education License in Minnesota
Wage: Per Master Teacher Contract
