Creating a safe Social-Emotional Learning Environment Job Summary The teacher will provide an educational atmosphere where students have the opportunity to fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, psychological, and social growth. This person is responsible for organizing and implementing instructional programs that result in academic success in accordance with the school mission, vision, programs, and policies. Responsibilities * Prepare lesson plans and conduct daily classroom instruction in Hmong language at an appropriate instructional level. * Maintain a healthy learning environment for the students in both the classroom as well as instructional. * Organize the classroom and learning resources to create a positive learning environment. * Demonstrate effective use of Hmong effective use of Hmong Language usage and etiquettes. * Observe and evaluate student&#8217;s to determine student progress or to make suggestions for improvement. * Provide feedback to parents on a student&#8217;s progress at conferences and other meetings. * Perform all other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Supervisor. * Work to improve the overall quality of education received by students in the school. * Participate in the development of curricular standards and benchmarks. * Be a resource to the school and community in Hmong language and culture.
