DESCRIPTION Grade 6 Science and Theology Teacher Carondelet Catholic School Carondelet Catholic School is seeking a full-time, energetic 6th grade teacher for the 2024-2025 school year for the subject areas of Science and Social studies. Carondelet Catholic School is a dynamic, accredited Pre-Kindergarten through 8th grade Elementary school located in Southwest Minneapolis, dedicated to the formation of children who love, respect and serve others in an academically rigorous and supportive environment. Our Middle School focuses on learning experiences that lead students to real world practice and application for core skills. Our program is designed around experiential learning with project-based learning opportunities every Wednesday, as well as a heavy emphasis on relationship building and service learning. Position Carondelet Catholic School is seeking a qualified 6th grade teacher for the 2023-2024 school year. Responsibilities Teachers at Carondelet must fulfill many different responsibilities in order to make the school run effectively. QUALIFICATIONS &#8226; Demonstrates exceptional skills in meeting the needs of students &#8226; Bachelor&#8217;s degree from an accredited university &#8226; MN Teaching License preferred (can be in progress). ALL 5-8 licenses will be considered for this position, also including K-6 elementary.
