Description: * Responsible for providing Speech services to meet individual needs of students in all areas of communication. * Responsible for administering and interpreting assessments and written reports of information in areas of development, including evaluation reports, IEPs/IFSPs, outcome summaries and progress reports. * Responsible for consultation/teaming with classroom teachers and other school specialists to implement recommendations, modifications and adaptations/assisstive technology in the student's daily acitivity. * Provide evidence-based AAC therapy to support individuals with complex communication needs, including assessment, implementation and training. * Acts as professional liaison between educational staff/specialists and medical specialists related to the provision of Speech services. * Obtains or working towards C's certification to complete third party billing for eligible Speech services/students. * To perform any other duties as assigned. Job Summary: The Speech Language Pathologist will provide direct and indirect services, conduct appropriate evaluations, and consults with other staff and parents.
