Elementary Principal – St. Anthony Elementary School (NUACS) New Ulm Area Catholic Schools – New Ulm, MN Full-Time | Start Date: July 2025 St. Anthony Elementary School, a proud part of the New Ulm Area Catholic Schools (NUACS) system, is seeking a faith-filled, mission-driven Elementary Principal to lead our PreK–6 school community. We are looking for a dedicated and passionate leader who will champion academic excellence, spiritual growth, and a nurturing school culture rooted in Catholic values. The ideal candidate is a dynamic educator who can inspire students, support and mentor teachers, and partner effectively with parents and the broader parish community. Key Responsibilities: * Foster a Christ-centered environment that promotes the spiritual and academic formation of students. * Provide instructional leadership and promote best practices in teaching and learning. * Supervise and support faculty and staff development. * Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and the NUACS leadership team. * Uphold and model Catholic values in all aspects of school leadership. Qualifications: * Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church. * Master’s degree in Educational Leadership or related field (or in progress). * Demonstrated leadership experience in a Catholic school or similar setting preferred. * Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
