Responsibilities: * Attend all practices, matches, and tournaments during the season, including both home and away games. * Assist students in developing and improving various tennis skills. * Assess students' tennis skills to determine areas in need of improvement. * Develop innovative ways to assist beginner and younger students in learning and remembering the rules of the games. * Identify the best learning styles for each student and adapt coaching methods accordingly. * Provide a secure and productive learning environment for students. * Communicate, manage, and work with 6th, 7th and 8th grade tennis players. * Develop a daily practice plan for each practice session. * Other related duties as assigned. Requirements: * Any combination of experience and education that could likely provide the required knowledge and skills. A background of coaching at the Junior High level or higher is preferred.
